About Us
M. DAVID DeSANTIS, Managing Partner, was admitted to practice in 1986 in Pennsylvania and in 1987 in California. Mr. DeSantis graduated summa cum laude from the Boston University School of Management and received his law degree from the Duke University
School of Law. Mr. DeSantis has a winning trial record which precedes the inception of the firm. He serves as an Arbitrator for the Alameda Superior Court. He enjoys a personal AV Rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
VICTOR J. GIANUNZIO, Senior Partner, was admitted to practice in 1963 after receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of Califomia, Berkeley and his law degree at Hastings College of Law, University of California. Mr. Gianunzio has tried over 100 cases in his storied career and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He previously served as an Arbitrator for Alameda County and Contra Costa County. He enjoys a personal AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
